Really disappointed with novo this evening. We are regular customers of novo and it wasn’t up to standard. The vegan nachos seemed like they had been sat there for a while, they were all soggy and mushy, and there was just a slab of vegan cheese on top which had not melted. Would have appreciated grated cheese and not as much sauce or maybe in a different box so it’s not all mushed together. They wern’t eaten. The falafel wrap actually came as a pitta bread so wasn’t what we ordered. And the beef burger was cold. So overall wasn’t up to the usual standard of novo.
