Fast delivery fantastic food ???? staff are all lovely and polite, got to love the beef chilli quesadillas
the chicken and dessert was hot but the chips were stone cold, non the less very pleasant would order again
Really disappointed with novo this evening. We are regular customers of novo and it wasn’t up to standard. The vegan nachos seemed like they had been sat there for a while, they were all soggy and mushy, and there was just a slab of vegan cheese on top which had not melted. Would have appreciated grated cheese and not as much sauce or maybe in a different box so it’s not all mushed together. They wern’t eaten. The falafel wrap actually came as a pitta bread so wasn’t what we ordered. And the beef burger was cold. So overall wasn’t up to the usual standard of novo.
