No major issues, food is great and we were very happy with our meal, including the picky 5yr old! Only improvement I can suggest is making it clear which meals can be made gluten free on the online menu.
Six of us celebrating my birthday. The staff were as friendly and helpful as usual, Becky has a great team behind her including mum busy in the kitchen. It was a busy evening but Becky and her mum both managed a brief chat. Slight problem with one of the desserts was dealt with immediately. Still more than worthy of the 5 stars I gave. Well done Novo, it was a great evening.
Last night a friend & myself decided to check out Novo for a meal before going to watch a film, we received a warm, friendly welcome & were pleasantly surprised with the vast amount of choice there was, literally something for everyone. One of the reasons that made us decide to try Novo was the choice of the lighter menu.
Visited restaurant 3 times now. Twice when the entertainment was on and it was a lovely atmosphere. The food is prepared on the premises so is nice n fresh so the wait is worth it. You need to wear layers as on colder evenings it gets chilly but I have found the same in most restaurants.I tried the vegetarian menu last night and that was lovely. Hubby had the chicken which was moist and tasty . Very good value and the restaurant offers a childrens menu to. All in all a very enjoyable evening .* they also cater for gluten free.
